1. The Service

Critical Alerts provides automated notifications based on your Google Calendar events. Alerts may be delivered via WhatsApp, phone calls, and popup notifications, depending on your chosen settings.

2. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your contact information and notification preferences are accurate.
• You must have the rights/permission to connect the Google Calendar account you use with the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that using alerts does not violate any policies or rules applicable to you (e.g., employer or organization rules).

3. Availability and failures

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Notifications may be delayed or fail due to network issues, platform limitations, rate limits, or outages in third-party services (including Google and Twilio).

4. Fees (if applicable)

If the service is offered as a paid product, pricing and payment terms will be provided separately (e.g., in an offer, subscription page, or written agreement).

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as a convenience tool for reminders. You remain responsible for attending meetings and managing your schedule. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from missed, delayed, or incorrect notifications.

6. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. You can request deletion of your data by contacting: kontakt@kritiskevarslinger.no.

You can also revoke the app’s access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account settings (third-party access). Revoking access will stop calendar processing and notifications.
